Sound packages start at $560 with two professional speakers, two wireless microphones, a mixer, stands and cables. We deliver, set up, test the system and collect it after your event.
Delivery, setup and pickup are included with full-service packages within a 20-mile radius of downtown Minneapolis or downtown Saint Paul. Being inside either area qualifies. Outside the included zone, extra travel is $1 per vehicle mile plus $50 per crew-hour for the outside-zone portion of the actual trips, with a $25 minimum rounded up to $5. Your quote confirms the trip count and credits travel already covered; unusual access and special pickup times are agreed separately.

Sound systems — microphones, mixer and local setup included
Every sound configuration below includes two wireless microphones, a mixer, required speaker and microphone stands, all signal and power cables, delivery, setup, testing and pickup in our included zone. Choose by the room, program and bass requirements. View the sound packages for suggested configurations. JBL EON and EV ZLX speakers may be used for fills, backup or a tailored setup; the entry package uses EV EKX-15P.

Ceremony & speech sound — $560
One EV EVERSE 12 battery speaker, two wireless microphones, mixer, portable power, stands and cables. Includes local delivery, setup, a technician for up to one hour of your ceremony or speaking program, then immediate pack-down and collection.

Lighting & effects
Start with ten battery uplights or choose moving heads and dance-floor fixtures. Each example lists its complete equipment below. Local delivery, setup and pickup are included; the third package also includes a lighting technician. Haze and fog depend on venue permission.

Add-ons to your event setup
These rates apply to additions to an event setup. The ten-uplight package above starts at $350 with local installation and pickup. We account for shared setup and any additional operator duties in your quote.
Four LED PAR fixtures on a stand. Add-on to an existing event booking; colors and positioning set for your space.
Four PARs and two wash moving heads, with programmed scenes and a control handover.

Brightness figures are manufacturer ratings in the specified high-output mode, not measurements of the individual rental unit. Screen size, image content, lens placement and room light determine the result; no projector is a direct-sunlight solution.

Each example includes a DJ, sound, lighting, two wireless microphones, a mixer, controller, laptop, DJ table, stands, cables and local delivery, setup, testing and pickup. The complete equipment list for each configuration appears below. We agree on the performance schedule before booking; separate ceremony areas and additional spaces are assessed for your event.

Requires SoundMN sound and a technician at the mixer. The recording add-on does not add another technician charge when that coverage is already included.

Yes. DJ Essentials starts at $1,650 with a DJ, two EV EKX-15P speakers, two wireless microphones, a mixer and six battery uplights. DJ Dance Floor is $2,650; DJ Full Production is $3,850 with ETX sound, ZLX fills and a separate lighting technician. Delivery, setup and pickup in our Twin Cities zone are included. The event schedule and any separate ceremony setup are agreed before booking.
Yes. Ceremony & Speech Sound starts at $560 with one battery speaker, microphones, mixer and one hour of technician support. A separate reception area usually needs its own sound setup. If equipment and staff can be shared without a schedule conflict, we reflect that in the quote.
