Done right, lighting changes how a room feels — done wrong, it just sits there in the corner. Most underwhelming wedding lighting comes from one mistake: gear sized to the wrong room. Eight uplights look stunning in a 1,500 sq ft barn and invisible in a 5,000 sq ft hotel ballroom. Two moving heads create a dance floor in a small reception room and disappear in a grand hall.
Three pieces of any lighting package
Placed around the perimeter, wash walls and columns in your accent color. No cables, no outlets needed. Sets the mood for the entire room.
Active lighting — follows the music, sweeps the dance floor, creates aerial effects. Wash heads cover wide areas; beam heads (150W or 300W) punch through haze for dramatic columns of light.
Without haze in the air, beams are invisible. The hazer is what makes the lighting actually look like the photos in your Pinterest board.
Color-matched to your wedding
We program uplight colors to your accent palette in advance. Want soft warm white during dinner and cobalt blue for the dance set? Done. Two color shifts during the night? Done. The wireless tablet control means changes happen on cue, not by running across the room with a remote.

Lighting is about filling space, not covering people. A 1,500 sq ft barn with 80 guests doesn't need the same rig as a 5,000 sq ft ballroom with 80 guests — the second one needs much more output to feel anything but dark. Always tell us the venue square footage when you reach out.
A hazer fills the room with a fine, even atmospheric haze that makes light beams visible — without it, moving heads and beam spots look flat. Industry standard for concerts and productions. We use the Chauvet Pro Amhaze ECO. Required for the Dynamic and Full Production packages.
Yes. Our wireless LED uplights can be set to any color (full RGB+W spectrum) and match your wedding palette. We program the colors in advance and can change them through the night (e.g., warm white during dinner, your accent color during dance set).
