How much does speaker rental cost in Minnesota? Below is our full pricing — no hidden fees. Every rental includes professional delivery, setup, soundcheck, and pickup within 20 miles of Twin Cities.

Low Fog — Dry Ice

Classic "dancing on a cloud" effect. Thick, low-lying fog that hugs the floor. Ideal for first dances and short performances. One-time use — once the dry ice runs out, the effect is done. Includes dedicated operator.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our minimum is $400. Since we're a full-service company (delivery, setup, soundcheck, pickup), the price stays the same whether you need 1 or 2 speakers — so we recommend 2 for better coverage.

Free within 20 miles of Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul). Beyond that, a travel fee of $0.80 per mile applies. Important: the fee covers round trips — if you book with a technician or DJ (who stays on-site), that's 2 trips (deliver + pick up). Without a technician, it's 4 trips (deliver, drive back, return to pick up, drive back). We serve all of Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin.

Yes. Ceremony requires its own battery-powered setup with a technician, and reception is a separate sound system. The only exception is when both happen in the same room — but the ceremony technician is still a separate charge.

No. The DJ service includes the DJ, 2 basic JBL EON 712 speakers (12"), and 1 wireless mic. Subwoofers, bigger speakers, lighting, and effects are additional packages.

A DJ plays music and makes basic announcements. An Event Host (Emcee) guides the entire celebration — timeline, introductions, toasts, activities, and crowd energy. For weddings with a structured program, we recommend adding a host.

Not at this time — we only offer full-service rental with professional delivery and setup. Self-pickup is something we're planning to add in the future.
